It’s the weekend again and that means one thing. Time for BTTS stat alerts. As regular readers know the stat alerts have been going very well since we started them in early January and we’re sure money has been made on our selections.

Leeds United v Nottingham Forest 3.00pm
This one looks great for BTTS. Leeds have had an up and down season so far and sit in 13th position but have at least started to score goals and win games recently. They’re looking for their 3rd consecutive win here after beating Ipswich and Wigan, and while Forest have experienced defeat under new boss Freedman the visitors are scoring goals with aplomb.
Forest have scored in every game since Freedman’s arrival, and Leeds are hardly a team to fear defensively. The reverse fixture ended in a 1-1 draw and I’m expecting goals all round in this game too.

Brentford v Cardiff 3.00pm
Brentford will be ecstatic with their current position in a play-off berth, but about this time of the season is when nerves start to get fraught and it would be no surprise to see 15th placed Cardiff get something from this game.
The Bees have relied on their strong home form this term, however 3 of their 4 home losses this season have came in their last 7 games at Griffin Park. With Cardiff scoring 13 away goals in their last 9 on the road I’m expecting this to have a few in it.
Brentford beat Cardiff 3-2 in the reverse fixture. Very encouraging. Get on BTTS.

Fleetwood Town v Rochdale 3.00pm
Another match up that looks great for BTTS. 12th vs 13th in the league respectively so we should see a bit of attacking football here as both sides are only actually a couple of points away from the play off spots.
Fleetwood are undefeated in their last 4 home games; 3 of which have hit BTTS. Visitors Rochdale have scored 7 goals in their last 5 games on the road with BTTS landing in 4 of them.
Fleetwood won the reverse fixture 2-0 but Rochdale are capable of much better than that. BTTS is the pick here.

Wycombe Wanderers v Shrewsbury 3.00pm
A top of the table League 2 clash here as 2nd take on 3rd respectively. Wycombe have hit 5 consecutive BTTS games with a total of 19 goals being scored in these games.
Visitors Shrewsbury can also boas 4 consecutive BTTS games going into this clash. Amazingly the reverse fixture finished 0-0 just after Christmas. I can’t see that happening here.
