Both Teams to Score Tips BTTS Tips Sunday 26th Jan – A European Treble

BTTS Tips Sunday 26th Jan – A European Treble

Since I’ve found a bit of time to myself and plenty or useful resources at my disposal I thought I’d construct a nice little both teams to score treble for Sunday as a little bonus to readers. I normally have a bit of a chilled out day on a Sunday but it’s the early hours of Saturday morning and I thought I’d go for it.

Whether you’ve had a great Saturday and want to go in for the kill, or not such a good day betting on Saturday, here’s your chance to rescue your weekend. Good luck if you follow.

Cambuur v Heerenveen

Dutch Eredivisie – 11.30am
Both teams to score odds:  8/15 – Betfred

I won’t go into too much detail with this pick again as I’ve already written about it twice in the last week. Firstly in my midweek BTTS stats and trends article, and then again in Saturday’s BTTS treble which I just had to add to make it a two day bet.

In brief, Heerenveen score and leak goals left, right and centre. They tend to score more than they concede which has boosted them up to 6th place in the league table, but their defence is near on non existent. They drew 2-2 at home with struggling Roda last weekend in their first game after the winter break, and it should be a similar story this Sunday when they take on Cambuur.

Cambuur resumed from the winter break with a nice 2-0 win over Go Ahead Eagles last weekend, and I’m very confident they’ll net at least once against a team that have scored and conceded in 77% of away games so far this term.

Groningen v Twente

Dutch Eredivisie – 1.30pm
Both teams to score odds:  1/2 – Betfred

This game stems around the BTTS habits of 3rd placed Twente. They are currently on a stretch of 11 consecutive games in which they’ve scored and conceded. These games include clashes with the very best and very worst teams in the league, and Groningen, sitting in 6th place, are definitely one of the stronger teams, despite not being in the best of form recently.

Groningen do have a good home record though. They’ve lost just 1 of their 9 games this season in front of home fans, failing to score just once. Taking into account Twente’s lack of a recent clean sheet (4th October to be precise), this game has both teams to score written all over it.

Twente managed to beat Groningen 5-0 in their reverse meeting this season back in September, but I just can’t see them keeping a clean sheet here despite being favourites to win the game.

SV Hamburg v Schalke

German Bundesliga 4.30pm (BT Sport 1)
Both teams to score odds:  4/9 – Betfred

If I’ve ever seen a game promising plenty of goals, this is it! Hamburg are nearer relegation than the top of the league, but don’t let that put you off BTTS in this game.

Hamburg have scored and conceded in 5 of their last 6 league games, and the goals have been flowing in their winter break friendlies (including a 4-2 win over Basel).

Seventh placed Schalke are always good for goals, and when you look at the head to head history between these two teams you’ll see why I’ve included it in my treble. Their last 6 meetings (most recent first) read: 3-3, 4-1, 3-1, 3-1, 1-2, 1-0, 2-1. There’s every reason to believe this one will be another high coring game with goals for both teams.
