Both Teams to Score Tips JC’s BTTS Tips Saturday 7th March – A European Invasion

JC’s BTTS Tips Saturday 7th March – A European Invasion

Well, picking one game from each of England’s top three divisions turned out to be a disaster, so more of a fan of European football than English (I like the Premier League), I’ve been given permission to pick throughout Europe each Saturday. Find my first three selections beneath which pay 4/1 at BetVictor, and good luck.

Augsburg v Wolfsburg

Exceeding pre-season expectations, sixth-placed Augsburg’s from has dropped off a little since the winter break, but their home games are still full of goals. Indeed, all three of Augsburg’s home Bundesliga contests in 2015 finished with four goals.

All in all, including four straight, seven of Augsburg’s eleven home games have seen both teams score, making up a 63.6% BTTS Yes strike rate. Wolfsburg, on the other hand, with ex-Chelsea midfielder De Bruyne and prolific Dutch striker Dost in fine form, have been a joy to watch in 2014/15, destroying Bayern Munich 4-1 a few weeks ago.

Wolfsburg also have one of the best BTTS Yes strike rates from their eleven away Bundesliga matches, with a staggering nine seeing both teams score, including six straight. Last weekend ‘The Wolves’ came from 3-2 down to defeat Werder Bremen 5-3 on the road, so I expect their 81.8% BTTS Yes strike rate to improve a little.

Sampdoria v Cagliari

Sinisa Mihajlovic’s Sampdoria had stuttered in recent weeks, losing twice and drawing twice, but last weekend they came from a goal down to defeat Atalanta 2-1 on the road. At home, Samp have a 66.7% BTTS Yes strike rate, with eight of their twelve matches seeing both teams score, including three straight. Home and away, Sampdoria’s last six Serie A games have seen both teams score.

Gianfranco Zola’s Cagliari, meanwhile, have lost four of their last five games, with the other drawn. With such form, it’s no surprise to learn that they’re in Serie A’s relegation zone, currently third from bottom.

Thankfully, Cagliari have a very strong recent record of scoring in recent games – including their last five – with both teams scoring in eight straight overall, home and away. Cagliari only have a 58.3% BTTS Yes strike rate from twelve Serie home games played this season, but current form is surely more relevant and with six BTTS Yes games in a row matches against eight, BTTS Yes is a bet worth chancing in Sampdoria v Cagliari.

Eskisehirspor v Bursaspor

I’ve delved into the Turkish Super League for our final selection as it’s a good league for both teams scoring. Home team Eskisehirspor have a 70% BTTS Yes record with both teams scoring in seven out of ten matches, while they also have a 66.7% strike rate from their away games.

Eskisehirspor are only sixteenth in the Turkish Super League standings, losing three of their last five games, but they beat second-placed Besiktas in their last league home match and fifth-placed Bursaspor might suffer the same fate.

Bursaspor, for their part, are consistently involved in BTTS Yes games, with their last eleven league contests seeing both teams score, including an overall seasonal eight out of eleven at home and eight out of eleven away. All in all, Bursaspor have a 72.7% BTTS Yes strike rate in 2014/15.
