Fancy kicking off 2015 by turning £10 into £638 at Coral? That’s exactly what we’re aiming to do with this New Year’s Day treble.

We’re combining three selections on the BTTS & Win coupon and are hoping to claim the perfect start to the New Year.

Good luck!

Hull City V Everton

It has been a strange season for Roberto Martinez’s men but the Toffees will be fancied to taste sweet success on Thursday as they bid to tame the Tigers at the KC Stadium.

Despite struggling for consistency, Everton are definitely performing better than Steve Bruce’s side and will be eager to put the home side to the sword in this crucial showdown. Whilst they have only picked up two wins on the road all season, a healthy return of 13 away goals is a positive sign for the visitors and that firepower can be used to maximum impact by securing a New Year’s Day win here.

Hull’s disappointing Sunday loss to Leicester is a telling indication of where the Tigers are at right now and we cannot see them registering a victory over the Toffees. However, the hosts can take heart from the fact Everton have shipped 16 on the road and the likes of Mo Diame and Abel Hernandez are more than capable of finding the target.

Unfortunately for the Tigers, though, Everton’s formidable frontline seems far more likely to bag several goals and we think that firepower will guide them to a vital three points.

Alfreton Town V Lincoln City

Conference side Lincoln have been a firm favourite on the BTTS market this season and are likely to be involved in another entertaining encounter at the Impact Arena. However, the Imps will be confident against the division’s third worst side and we’re tipping them to grab a crucial win.

Chris Moysey’s men ended 2014 with back-to-back league wins, including a 3-2 triumph over Alfreton at home, and will be hoping to start the New Year in similar fashion. Despite their improved form, they are still conceding goals at an alarmingly regular rate and each of their past four matches have ended in BTTS winners.

Lincoln have now amassed a total of 45 league goals, including 21 in 12 away games, but have also conceded 42. Meanwhile, Alfreton have allowed their opponents to score 55 goals this term but have at least netted 19 from their 13 home games.

Everything points towards an away win with both teams to score. This selection is a must have inclusion.

Barnet V Aldershot Town

Martin Allen’s high-flying Bees are seven points clear at the top of this season’s Vanarama Conference and are cruising towards the 2014/15 title. We’re backing them to underline that sentiment by beginning 2015 with another home win.

The Bees have scored an incredible 34 goals in 14 matches at the Hive and enter this encounter on the back of a five-game unbeaten streak. However, they are starting to leak goals on a more frequent basis and the Shots will be fancied to find the target on Thursday afternoon.

Andy Scott’s men beat local rivals Woking on Sunday to end their run of four straight defeats and are now up to 30 league goals for the season. Nevertheless, they make the trip to London as the overwhelming underdogs and we think they’ll be leaving the capital empty handed – even if they do find a way past the experienced Graham Stack.

Barnet claimed a 3-1 win in the Boxing Day reverse clash and a similar result wouldn’t surprise us here.
