Turn £10 Into £400 On Saturday 15th May With Our BTTS & Win Treble

A lack of English football means we need to cast our nets further afield for our BTTS & Win treble. But with a potential payout of over £400 from a tenner, we doubt any of you will mind.

We have included one English selection, alongside picks from the final days in Germany and Spain. All we need is our three chosen teams to win without keeping a shutout, and we’ll be laughing our way to a £403 winner.

Come on!

Mainz v Hertha Berlin. 2:30PM

Our first selection comes from the Bundesliga, where both Mainz and Hertha Berlin head into the final day joint with seventh-placed Schalke on 49 points. Only a win will do for these two, and we’re hopeful that will lead to a dramatic clash at the Coface Arena.

Goals have been a common feature for both clubs this term. The hosts have scored 23 and conceded 18 at home whilst Hertha’s away record reads 18 for and 27 against. Those stats point towards a game of goals. On this occasion, we have to fancy the hosts for three points.

Hertha have capitulated in recent weeks, losing five Bundesliga matches on the spin. They have found the target in each of the last two, though, and can look to the duo of Salomon Kalou and Vedad Ibisevic for inspiration against Mainz.

But the hosts will be confident after their win at Stuttgart last week. We’re backing them to edge proceedings to seal their European qualification.

Deportivo La Coruna v Real Madrid. 4PM

In all honesty, Real Madrid’s chances of winning the league are as slim as Eamon Holmes’s hopes of being the guest of honour at Anfield next season. However, Zinedine Zidane’s will need to go for the win and hope for the best.

The Blancos haven’t got the best historical record at the Estadio Riazor, but they have picked up wins in their last three visits. Moreover, Deportivo have only registered four home wins in La Liga. The firepower of Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale should be enough for the visitors to seal three points; after all, they have scored 38 times on the road.

In typical Real Madrid fashion, the visitors have conceded goals away from the Bernabeu. It only averages out at one goal per game, but that will be more than enough to give Victor Sanchez’s men optimism.

If they can get the ball to Lucas Perez, Deportivo will have every chance of scoring. We just don’t think it’ll be enough to stop the Blancos running out victors.

Barnsley v Walsall. 5:30PM

In play-off time in the English Football League, and passions will be running high at Oakwell as Barnsley entertain Walsall in this crucial League One encounter.

Barnsley enjoyed an incredible second half of the campaign to seal their place in the play-offs, and Paul Heckingbottom’s men will be desperate for a repeat of their 3-1 win at Walsall back in March. With Sam Winnall leading the line, goals shouldn’t be a problem, especially as the Saddlers are licking the wounds of just missing out on the top two.

Walsall have won at Oakwell already this season, although that did come back October. Nonetheless, Jonathan Whitney’s men will be confident after ending the regular campaign with three wins on the bounce.

Both teams are more than capable of scoring, and will be equally determined to register a positive first leg scoreline. With home advantage on their side, we’re backing Barnsley to edge it.
