Both Teams To Score Tips Saturday 18th July – Back Our European Treble

After hitting a winning BTTS treble last Saturday, we’re hoping to follow it up with another this weekend. With a bit of luck, we’ll be netting this acca too.

While some league are already in full swing, a number of others are set to start this weekend. It should be an exciting day of action and we’re hoping these six teams will all find the target at some stage.

Fingers crossed for another weekend boom.

Orebro V Malmo FF. 3PM

Swedish rivals Orebro and Malmo shared a 2-2 draw when they met at the Friends Arena last week, and we think it could be an equally dramatic contest as they meet in this reverse clash at the Behrn Arena.

By their own standards, Malmo have been pretty poor this season. Age Hareide’s men are already in serious danger of losing their title, but their superiority should see them find the target against the relegation battlers.

Nonetheless, Alexander Axen’s hosts will seek inspiration from last week’s result. It’s also worth noting that their most recent home game ended in a score draw, and the home side will be looking to channel that positive energy here.

The chances of a home win look slim, but there’s no reason they can’t score. We’re predicting a game of goals.

Viktoria Plzen V Slovan Liberec. 6:15PM

Czech Liga action might be a week away, but the champions are in action as they take on cup holders Slovan Liberec in the Super Cup.

Viktoria Plzen do have the advantage of playing on home soil, and Miroslav Koubec’s men will be fully expected to score for a seventh straight head-to-head meeting. With the likes of Michal Duris and Jan Holenda looking to get their campaigns up and running in style, it would take a brave punter to bet against a goal for the league champions.

However, Liberec have scored in three of the past five meetings. Meanwhile, the lack of match fitness for both sides could give Slovan a slightly better chance of getting the result they desire. Both managers will be focused on performance rather than the outcome, but the underdogs would certainly love to cause an upset.

We’d expect to see chances at either end. Let’s hope the curtain raiser will provide a boom.

Inter Zapresic V Zagreb. 8PM

Last Saturday, we completed our treble with a selection from Croatia’s 1.HNL. We’re hoping that Inter Zapresic and Zagreb will help us repeat the feat by sharing goals at the Stadion SRC Zapresic.

The home side started their campaign with a 0-0 against Rijeka last weekend, but the newly promoted club scored plenty of goals last term and will be eager to get their first of the season against an away side that leaked 54 in 2014/15.

However, Drazen Madunovic’s men will fancy their chances of goals and will be eager to make amends for their opening day defeat to Osijek. If they can feed the ball to striker Josip Jurendic on a regular basis, then you would expect the visitors to score.

We don’t think this game has the makings of a seven-goal thriller, but both teams will fancy their chances. An early goal could kick this one into life. Back both teams to score.
