BTTS & Win Tips Saturday 17th January – A Huge 66/1 Weekend Treble

coralcity

Fancy turning £10 into over £670 this weekend? That’s exactly what we’re aiming to do with this BTTS & Match Result treble at Coral.

Our selections are a mix of home and away teams from the Football League and Conference. However, we do also need the three losing teams to score in order to claim this spectacular victory.

It’s certainly achievable, though. Fingers crossed for the big win!

Millwall V Ipswich Town

A run of four straight league defeats has seen Ian Holloway’s Millwall drop into the Championship relegation zone and they will be determined to at least pick up a draw this weekend. Unfortunately for the Lions, though, they could be in for a very tough battle against the high-flying Tractor Boys.

Mick McCarthy’s suffered a disappointing defeat to Derby last Saturday but could still end this weekend atop of the Championship, which will serve as a huge incentive for the visitors to seal three points at the New Den.

However, their midweek cup antics against Southampton could leave them drained both physically and mentally, which must be punished by the home side.

If the Lions want to avoid relegation then they must increase their rate of scoring, which we think they will against Ipswich. Sadly, that probably won’t be enough to see the home side end their unwanted losing streak.

Scunthorpe United V Bristol City

Mark Robins’ Scunthorpe have enjoyed a phenomenal run of results recently, which has seen them climb out of the League One relegation zone and towards the top half. However, the clash against the high-flying Robins could be a bridge too far at Glanford Park.

The Iron are now unbeaten in 11 competitive matches, scoring 21 times during that period, but have kept only one clean sheet. That single shutout came against non-league Forest Green in the FA Cup and their past seven league matches have all ended in BTTS winners.

Steve Cotterill’s men picked up a comfortable 2-0 win at Ashton Gate back in September and will be fully expected to make their superiority count in this one. However, they also tend to concede more often than not on the road, which will afford some hope to Scunthorpe.

We’d be surprised if either team fails to find the target in this one and are equally confident that the visitors will keep their title challenge going strong.

Wrexham V AFC Telford United

Struggling Telford are currently rooted to the foot of the Conference table but will be quietly confident as they head to Wales this weekend following a recent upturn in fortunes. However, the Dragons will be favourites to claim the spoils at the Racecourse Ground.

Kevin Wilkin’s side aren’t the best team in the division but they are performing OK at home and will be expected to hit a few goals against an away side that has already shipped 30 goals from just 13 away games.

On the other hand, Telford are at least scoring quite regularly and have now notched a total of 37 league goals including 16 on their travels. They will be particularly confident after picking up five points from their last three outings and should at least get on the scoresheet in Wales.

Nevertheless, their position at rock-bottom cannot be overlooked and we think the Dragons can roar to three points.
