Both Teams To Score Tips Saturday 17th January – Goals To Flow At Loftus Road

coralcity

It’s another packed Saturday of football action across England’s top five divisions and we’re hoping to celebrate in style with this BTTS treble.

We’re looking to bag a tasty 11/2 winner with the help of these six teams and are hopeful of another weekend winner.

Alternatively, add an extra two selections and qualify for BetVictor’s acca insurance.

QPR V Manchester United

Louis van Gaal’s Red Devils will be desperate to get back to winning ways after seeing their unbeaten streak ended by Southampton last week, but the Premier League giants could be in for a tough test at Loftus Road.

QPR have been atrocious on the road, which was underlined by a 10th straight defeat at Burnley last week. However, their fortunes have fared much better at Loftus Road and they can be confident of pushing the visitors to the limit in this one – even if they were brushed aside at Old Trafford earlier in the season.

The Hoops’ biggest danger will come from star man Charlie Austin, who currently sits third in the division’s scoring charts. The in-form striker has notched 13 league goals this term and will be looking to increase that against the Red Devils.

Nevertheless, Manchester United will be highly motivated and determined to bounce back. The likes of Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie should pose a threat throughout.

Bury V Wycombe Wanderers

Our second selection comes from Gigg Lane as Bury entertain the League Two leaders in what should be a thrilling spectacle.

David Flitcroft’s men have hit 21 goals from 12 home matches this season, while the visitors have notched the same number on their travels. Both defences have been pretty solid, but that immense firepower should make for a game of goals – that will only be further helped by the need for victory in both camps.

Bury are still chasing a play-off space while the Chairboys are out to gain more momentum as they race towards automatic promotion. Both clubs boast great attacking flair at this level and the likes of Ryan Lowe, Paul Hayes, Danny Rose, and Matthew McClure will all pose a threat of activity in the respective final thirds.

September’s reverse clash ended in a 0-0 stalemate but we can see it being a much livelier affair here. Back both teams to score.

Woking V Bristol Rovers

A run of seven games without victory has seen Woking fall out of the Conference play-off spots but Garry Hill’s men can still resurrect their hopes of promotion with a first win in eight on Saturday. Despite being at home, though, the Cardinals could be in for a tough test against high-flying Bristol Rovers.

The Pirates are now just six points adrift of leaders Barnet and Darrell Clarke’s men will be hoping to pile on the pressure, especially if the Bees were to lose the lunchtime kick-off at Grimsby. Rovers have finally got their act together on the road and will be extremely confident here.

However, they have shipped 15 goals in 15 away games and the hosts can look to punish those defensive weaknesses. The Cards have hit 23 goals in 15 matches at Kingfield but are also very likely to concede.

During their winless streak, six of Woking’s seven matches have ended in BTTS winners. There is no reason to think that the goals will dry up on Saturday.
