Dover vs. Wrexham

7/10 Dover to win 2.00 – William Hill
0.5/10 Dover -2.5ah 9.00

Dover are my favourite side this year- if you have been following my selections, you will know how much £££ they have made us. Had an absolutely awesome season. You have to keep backing them while their form is outrageous. They have lost just once in 19 games now. Dover are four points of the Play Off places and this is another important game.

Wrexham looked like an improving side but the last few league games have been pretty poor. They are resigned to a mid-table finish based on recent league form. On Saturday they got totally turned over at home to bottom of the table Telford 4-0!! Although they did have a man sent off after half an hour, however that was when they were already 2-0 down.

Before that in the league, they lost away to lower half Southport 1-0 and just after Christmas they had a shock home defeat to a very poor Dartford side 3-1.

As I have already mentioned. Dover have to be backed at the moment especially at home. Lets add more fuel to our betting fire…

-Wrexham played 60 minutes with ten men on Saturday, that is going to be a tired side -Wrexham already have a depleted midfield and even more so, as another important midfielder Robbie Evans left the ground on crutches after the game and will miss out.

-One of their better players Connor Jennings is out after the red card over the weekend leaves him suspended.

-Wrexham to Dover is a long trip… I know what side that gives an advantage to.

-Dover totally hammered Dartford on Saturday 6-1 at home. No sweat broken.

Southport vs. Braintree

2/10 under 2.5 goals 1.88

This could be an absolute bore fest, in fact I will be very surprised if it isn’t. In the league, five of Southport’s last six games have seen under 2.5 goals and Saturday’s 0-0 against Chester was the pick of the lot. Nothing to report. Just like their opposition here, Southport registered just two shots on target against a very average Chester side.

Braintree had won three in a row before the weekend and will make this game quite tight. The Iron went down to a late goal to lose 2-1 at home to Forest Green with the in form Jon Parkin doing the business for Forest. Braintree managed to score but that was just one of two shots on target all game and that was in front of their own fans.
I don’t expect either side to run away with this one.

Aldershot vs. Kidderminster

Aldershot should and could win, on poor form and have a great chance to stop the rot I will keep an eye on inplay.

Chester vs. Lincoln

Lincoln are looking great, although I said that two games ago before they got thrashed by Eastleigh away. However the weekend was a great home result as they took apart Aldershot 3-0, whereas Chester have been poor during this campaign after a fairly optimistic start. Chester drew 0-0 away to Southport at the weekend. That is all you can say about that. Yawn.

Good away performances from Lincoln are incredibly rare though and I will be leaving this alone unless they look awesome inplay.
