The English and Scottish fixture list is starting to look a little bare, but we’ve still found three games in which we expect to see goals for both teams.
Our Saturday afternoon treble comes from England and Scotland. With a potential payout of just under 9/2, it would be a great addition to last week’s winnings.
Good luck!
Sunderland v Swansea City
A shock win at Hull has restored a sense of pride for the already relegated Sunderland, and the Black Cats will be eager to follow that up with another victory as they welcome Swansea to the Stadium of Light. While the pressure-free hosts can be confident about scoring, they shouldn’t expect to have things all their own way against the Swans.
David Moyes’ men have scored just 16 times in 18 home matches, but Jermain Defoe and co. are capable of scoring, especially against an away side that has leaked 36 on its travels. Given that the hosts are now solely focused on giving the fans something to cheer, we fancy them to find the target.
Having said that, it’s hard to see the a defence that has shipped 32 home goals keeping a clean sheet. After all, Swansea know that a win could potentially seal their safety. With Gylfi Sigurdsson and Fernando Llorente both capable of producing a magical moment, the visitors should be scoring too.
Swansea registered a 3-0 win in the reverse clash and will fancy their chances of another victory. With home advantage on their side, though, Sunderland can join them on the scoreboard.

Dundee v Ross County
Both Dundee and Ross County are set to retain the Scottish Premiership status, and both teams have won back-to-back games since the table split in half. With both teams in buoyant mood, we’re predicting a game of goals as they meet at Dens Park.
The season’s first meeting here did end 0-0, but the two games at Ross County were BTTS winners. Meanwhile, Dundee’s home stats of 18 goals scored and 27 conceded from 17 games would suggest that there could be goals at both ends.
Ross County have only scored 17 in 18 games, but Liam Boyce and co. will carry a continued threat. However, the fact that they’ve shipped 25 on their travels gives us plenty of reason to think that they’ll concede.
Both teams have shown quality in the attacking third in recent weeks. Let’s hope that’s the case once again here.

Hamilton Academical v Motherwell
Hamilton and Motherwell have already shared a 1-1 draw at the SuperSeal Stadium this term. A similar scoreline could be on the cards they meet for the fourth and final time this weekend.
With both teams currently on 32 points, it looks as though the loser of this one will be destined for the relegation play-off. While neither team has scored that many goals this term, that need for three points should provide huge motivation.
Perhaps more crucially, both defences have conceded at a rapid rate this term. Hamilton have shipped 52 in their 35 games while Motherwell have leaked a further 13 in theirs. Quite frankly, those records would make it difficult to back a clean sheet in either camp.
With so much at stake, it’s difficult to predict the winner in what could be a very tight affair. Having said that, we do thin the attacking units will capitalise on defensive weaknesses. Back both teams to score.
