Both Teams To Score Tips Saturday 30th August – Goals To Flow At The Liberty

It’s been a fantastic first month of the season for followers of our BTTS tips and we’re looking to end August another boom with this 5/1 treble.

After hitting four straight winners we suffered a couple of midweek cup defeats. However, we’re hopeful that the return to league action will take our incredible run to five wins from seven.

Alternatively, add an extra two selections to our treble and qualify for BetVictor’s ‘Back of the net’ promo.

Swansea City V West Bromwich Albion

BTTS Yes @ 9/10 with BetVictor

Swansea and West Brom have enjoyed much better starts to the new season than many had anticipated and we’re expecting the goals to continue as they collide in Wales.

The high-flying Swans are currently joint top after picking up a maximum six points from their opening two fixtures. Gary Monks’ men will be ecstatic at this point of the campaign and will be confident about extending their perfect start against the Baggies. However, West Brom are also unbeaten and Alan Irvine’s side are more than capable of scoring at the Liberty Stadium.

Striker Saido Berahino has already hit two goals for the Baggies and could be a major threat to the home defence throughout. Meanwhile, the partnership of Wilfried Bony and Bafetimbi Gomis will be the driving force behind the Swans attack. There are plenty of candidates ready to provide the action and we think both sides will score at some stage.

All three Premier League meetings here have seen a minimum of three goals with the most recent two ending in BTTS winners. That recent form, combined with the high spirits in both camps, should make for another entertaining clash on Saturday and this game is firmly inserted into our BetVictor BTTS coupon this weekend.

Wolverhampton Wanderers V Blackburn Rovers

BTTS Yes @ 5/6 with BetVictor

Blackburn Rovers were one of the sides included in last weekend’s 6/1 winner and we’re backing the Ewood Park club to be back amongst the goals at Molineux.

The goals have been flowing at both ends of the pitch for Gary Bowyer’s men and the Rovers have both scored and conceded seven times already. Moreover, all four of their Championship encounters have ended with both teams on the scoreboard and we’ve got plenty of reason to believe that run will be extended as they face Wolves.

Kenny Jackett’s side have acclimatised to life in a higher division particularly well and already entertaining thoughts of back-to-back promotions. Goals haven’t been a frequent feature of their matches so far but we think the influence of Blackburn could help change this. We’d certainly fancy Wolves to score on home soil, but are equally confident that the visitors will find the target too.

A score draw could be on the cards.

Yeovil Town V Barnsley

BTTS Yes @ 3/4 with Bet Victor

The League One clash between Yeovil and Barnsley may not stand out as a potential goal-fest but the recent history suggests that we could be in for goals at Huish Park.

These two teams really struggled for goals last term as they got relegated from the Championship. However, both head-to-head meetings ended with each team on the scoresheet and there is a strong chance that this encounter will be another hotbed of action. The corresponding fixture in 2013/14 ended in a 4-1 win for the visitors and the Tykes will be extremely optimistic ahead of Saturday’s showdown.

Danny Wilson’s side have started the new campaign in particularly strong form, registering eight goals in their first four league games alone. However, the Tykes have continued to concede at a rapid rate despite playing in a division lower and are yet to keep a single clean sheet. Their last three matches have ended in BTTS winners and that sequence should continue against the Glovers.

Yeovil haven’t enjoyed the best of starts to life in League One but they have seen some impressive improvements over the past fortnight, picking up four points from their most recent two outings. Gary Johnson’s men are finally up and running but continue to show a number of shortcomings in defence – this combination should lead to an entertaining contest against Barnsley.
