How does celebrating the first Saturday of March with over a thousand pounds profit sound? If you think that’s an attractive prospect join us on this massive 116/1 weekend treble.
We’re concentrating on Football League action and are backing three promotion-chasing teams to all grab vital victories. The only catch is they must also all concede.
However, with the potential of turning £10 into nearly £1200, it’s got to be worth a punt.
Ipswich Town V Brentford
Our first selection comes from the Championship as promotion-chasing rivals Ipswich and Brentford meet in a pivotal match at Portman Road. It should be a thrilling contest and home advantage could be the key.
Mick McCarthy’s home side have performed exceptionally well this season and would be fully deserving of a play-off or even automatic promotion place. An impressive form at Portman Road, where they’ve scored goals for fun, has been central to their promotion charge and those attacking qualities should serve them well against the Bees.
Brentford will be equally hopeful of a top six finish but if they do miss out then it’ll likely be down to their lack of results on the road. Mark Warburon’s men have already lost eight away games, conceding 25 times in the process, and those defensive insecurities could haunt them against the Tractor Boys – even if they manage a first away goal in three.
Both teams have suffered a slight dip in form recently and the respective attacking units will want to take advantage of those weaknesses. Nevertheless, we have to believe Ipswich will pull through on home turf.
BTTS & Ipswich Win @ 10/3
MK Dons V Preston North End
There’s no question that Simon Grayson’s Preston are League One’s in-form team at the moment and we’re expecting that momentum to spur the promotion-chasers on to another huge three points at the Stadium: MK.
Karl Robinson’s MK Dons are one of the sides battling Preston for a top two finish and they will be expecting to keep their incredible home scoring form going. They’ve hit well over two goals per game on home soil and will be fully expected to find the target once more. However, the January loss of Benik Afobe has had an impact and could prove crucial against such a strong opponent.
Preston on the other hand have hit 24 away goals and will be looking to inspirational Joe Garner to fire them to another huge result. There will inevitably be moments of worry for the visitors, but we think they can prevail.
It was a 1-1 draw at Deepdale and it should be another close encounter at the Stadium: MK. However, the impetus is with Preston and we’re backing them to deal a major blow to the Dons.
BTTS & Preston Win @ 5/1
Hartlepool United V Burton Albion
The Football League’s bottom club have picked up a couple of results in recent weeks but we can’t see the Pool getting any joy as they entertain high-flying Burton Albion on Saturday afternoon.
Hartlepool’s home record isn’t great but they do at least score goals at Victoria Park and attack will need to be their strength against the Brewers, who have notched 23 on the road. Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink’s men will also take confidence from the 4-0 home win over their weekend opponents.
However, the title contenders have lost each of their past two games, which will give Hartlepool a lift and is the reason we’re backing a home goal. Nevertheless, the immense gulf in quality should shine through and we have to back the away win.
It would be strange to see Burton lose three games on the spin and we can’t see anything other than three points for the visitors. As long as Hartlepool score, this bet should have a real chance of success.
